They were the contractor hired by my home warranty to fix 3 electrical outlets supplying no power in a condo I'd recently purchased. They assessed the problem and unfortunately it was an issue not covered by my home warranty provider (the cause of the problem originated in wiring located in the wall common between me and my neighbor's adjoining condo). BUT.... I emailed Jay Electric requesting them to send me their analysis in writing and the very next day they did just that. And this document was just what I needed to get my HOA to fix the problem. Well done and much appreciated.
